در سالهای اخیر، گسترش روزافزون تولید متون دیجیتال، استفاده از ابزارهای برخط تحلیل متن را به بخشی جداییناپذیر از فرایندهای پژوهشی، آموزشی و تولید محتوا تبدیل کرده است. پیشینه این حوزه از بنیانهای زبانشناسی پیکرهای و پردازش آماری زبان آغاز شده و با پژوهشهایی در زمینه نمرهدهی خودکار نوشتار، تحلیل خطای دستوری و بررسی انسجام متن تداوم یافته است. با وجود این سابقه پژوهشی، شکاف قابل توجهی میان یافتههای نظری و آگاهی کاربران عادی از ابزارهای در دسترس برای تحلیل عملی متن وجود دارد. مقاله حاضر با رویکردی توصیفی-مقایسهای، شش نرمافزار برخط و رایگان تحلیل متن، شامل آنلاین یوتیلیتی، تکست اَنلایزر، یوزینگ اینگلیش، رود تو گرامر، تکست فیکسر و تکست اَنالیسیس آنلاین را بررسی کرده است. برای این منظور، شیوه کاربری، شیوههای ورود داده (تایپ مستقیم، بارگذاری فایل یا درونداد نشانی وبگاه)، دامنه شاخصهای آماری و زبانی قابل استخراج و میزان پشتیبانی از زبان فارسی در هر نرمافزار بررسی و در قالب جدولی مقایسهای با معیارهای نقاط قوت، نقاط ضعف، هزینه دسترسی و مخاطب پیشنهادی تحلیل شد. یافتهها نشان میدهد آنلاین یوتیلیتی برای کاربران فارسیزبان غیرمتخصص، تکست اَنلایزر برای بهینهسازی محتوای وب، یوزینگ اینگلیش و رود تو گرامر برای پژوهشگران و مدرسان زبان انگلیسی، تکست فیکسر برای پردازش حجیم اسناد و تکست اَنالیسیس آنلاین برای کاربردهای تخصصی پردازش زبان طبیعی مناسبترند. مهمترین محدودیت مشترک این ابزارها، پشتیبانی ناقص یا محدود از زبان فارسی است که عمدتاً به شمارش واژه و کاراکتر منحصر میماند. نتایج این پژوهش میتواند راهنمای عملی کاربران در انتخاب ابزار متناسب با نیاز، زبان و سطح تحلیل مورد نظر باشد و ضرورت توسعه منابع پردازش زبان فارسی را برجسته سازد.
