Abstract :
Digital libraries are nowadays one of the best ways to get the information that users need. These digital libraries are one of the best ways to get the books users need due to their easier access and lower cost. The growing number of different fields in different fields , there is a need for a system that can extract the information needed from the huge volume of these books that are growing day by day.one of the best ways to get users favorite books out of the huge amount of data is to personalize these systems.one of the best personalization systems is to use recommender or recommender systems there are a number of data mining methods that a user has searched for in the past that can provide useful suggestions .the research uses a collaborative refinement recommendation system that works with categorize similar users in a group according to the records of these people and that ratings they give to the data in full they have their own files , and the journeys between them can give the user the best possible offerings from this volume of books that the user wants and desires.
